Our standard shipping timeframe is typically 3 to 7 business days. However, during high-demand sale periods, orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. If an item in your order is on backorder, we will promptly notify you via email with an update on your order’s status.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
We highly recommend placing your order well in advance of your deadline to account for potential delays beyond our control. Orders submitted before 5 PM (EST) will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after 5 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day. Please note, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier issues. Additionally, holidays are not considered business days and should not be included in shipping time estimates.
MJay Junkie utilizes USPS Priority Mail for domestic shipping, which typically delivers packages within 1–3 business days after leaving our facility. For international orders, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days. All packages require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this occurs, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with USPS. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed, and each case will be evaluated individually at our discretion. All shipments are insured through the selected shipping courier.
MJayJunkie.com assumes no responsibility for:
• Lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit
• Deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Unclaimed or refused packages
• Packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS but subsequently lost or stolen
For assistance with lost or stolen packages, please contact USPS directly at 800-275-8777. As all packages are insured, you may initiate a claim with USPS if needed.
